GAS — CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of the 31st Judicial District held its 12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on June 17, to celebrate Father’s Day and the important role that fathers play in raising children, as well as to have some fun on the golf course.
The tournament was held at the Allen County Country Club and hosted by District Court Judges Daniel Creitz and David Rogers.
Tournament proceeds are used to support CASA, which recruits, trains and supports volunteer advocates who the judges assign to children who have been abused or neglected and found by the court to be “in need of care.”
