LYNDON — Crest High’s track teams competed in last Thursday’s Lyndon In-vitational.
Kurston Gilliland finished second in the discus with a throw of 94 feet, 9 inches. She was third in the shot put at 30’111⁄2”.
In the girls’ javelin, Shayla Stephens threw a personal-best 105’6” for fourth. Amanda Strickler was fifth at 102’81⁄2”.
Dustin Davis-Jones captured second in the 3200-meter run in 11 minutes, 39.71 seconds. He was sixth in the 1600-meter run in 5:22.84.
Dakota Ramsey placed fifth in the javelin with a throw of 148’10”. Jake Tinsley placed fifth in the discus with a distance of 114 feet.
Crest goes to the Pleasanton Invitational Tuesday.
