Grandma’s Kitchen aided

A Modern Woodmen of America donation will aid Humanity House, which is offering weekly meals on Sundays. Grandma's Kitchen returns at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Humanity House office.

Josh Oberley, right, an agent with Modern Woodmen of America, donates $1,000 Wednesday to Humanity House to aid with the organization’s Grandma’s Kitchen effort.

Humanity House opens its doors at 5 p.m. Sundays for free meals for the community.

The exceptions are for the last two Sundays of each month, when Humanity House assists Iola’s First Presbyterian Church’s Sunday Soups endeavor.
