Hailey Carman, LaHarpe, received a scholarship to attend Kansas State University through its online program. The scholarships help predominantly adults attending classes part time while balancing work and family responsibilities and are available to part-time and full-time students.
Carman is a junior majoring in animal sciences and industry.
