Twice arrested
Nancy Newkirk, 63, Iola, was arrested Feb. 27 for suspicion of being a pedestrian under the influence after Iola police officers were called to investigate a disturbance in the 10 block of East Breckenridge Street.
Two days later, on Monday, Iola police officers arrested Newkirk for suspicion of domestic battery in the 200 block of North Street.
Citation issued
William Baubman and Melissa Spease were cited for suspicion of trespassing Feb. 26 after Iola police were called to Orscheln’s Farm & Home, 1918 N. State St.
