Producers: EPA corn ruling still lacking

While some viewed Tuesday’s proposal from the Environmental Protection Agency as a win for farmers, representatives of both the Kansas Corn Growers Association and the National Corn Growers Association were not convinced.

Two weeks ago the Trump administration ordered the EPA to restore lost ethanol production, but didn’t offer a plan.

This week the EPA released its proposed rules to change how renewable fuel percentages are calculated.
