If youve been waiting for a chance to serve on your local city council or school board, nows the time to decide. Candidates have about five weeks, until noon on June 3, to file for election.
A primary election, if needed, is scheduled for Aug. 6. The general election will be Nov. 5.
All candidates should file at the Allen County Clerks Office at the courthouse, except candidates for USD 413, who file in Neosho County, and USD 479, who file in Anderson County.
