BURLINGTON — Burlington city employees with get a 6.3% raise in the form of a cost-of-living adjustment.
The raises were approved recently by the Burlington City County, reflecting the 6.3% increase in the Consumer Price Index from 2022, the Coffey County Republican reported.
Council members also adjusted how overtime is paid to non-law enforcement employees, and residency requirements, the newspaper said.
