Eric Leon Glukowsky, 34, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015, in Fort Collins, Colo.
Eric was born July 29, 1980, in Columbia, Mo., the son of John Christopher and Rebecca Rose (Brown) Glukowsky. He graduated from Green Castle High School in Putman County, Indiana. Eric served in the U.S. Air Force for four years and then in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years. After his military service he lived in Overland Park and then in Iola before moving to Colorado.
His parents, John and Rebecca Glukowsky, Iola, survive, as do two brothers, Christopher and Jason, both of Iola; two nephews, Jonathon and Joshua; a niece, Karen; and his grandparents, Lucky and Beverly Dowling, Kansas City, Kan., and Rosemary Hibbard and husband Dee, Olathe.
Cremation has taken place.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in the National Cemetery with military honors.
