James V. Coleman III of Iola, Kan., died June 25, 2026.
He was born July 20, 1960, to James Coleman, Jr. and Joan (Fruit) Coleman in Olathe, Kan.
He and Karen (Alexander) Hillbrant were married July 11, 1998.
Jim was forced to quit working in 2010 because of kidney disease. In 2015 he was given a kidney by a donor’s family. It was a gift of life.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Tony Cisneros.
Survivors include his wife and three sons, Ethan Coleman, Stephen Hillbrant, and Adam (Harlene) Hillbrant.
A visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, July 18 at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service in Iola.
