Ruby M. Foster, age 77, Humboldt, died July 23, 2018, at the Kansas Heart Hospital in Wichita. A funeral service honoring Rubys life will be at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Peters Lutheran Church, Humboldt. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, Humboldt.
