Register/Jocelyn Sheets Blohm Award
Iola Little League play concluded Thursday night with tournament title play and the presentation of the annual Ray Blohm Award, given for hard work, dedication and sportsmanship throughout the season. Each team nominates a playe who receives a Ray Blohm Award T-shirt before the recipient’s name is drawn. The 2010 Ray Blohm Award nominees are (left to right) Ethan Sigg of Sidelines Sports Bar & Grill, Brandon Donnell of Iola Elks, Matt Johnson of Tholen’s Heating & Cooling, Mason Key of A&W Family Restaurant and (not pictured) Colby Works of Sonic Drive-In. The 2010 Ray Blohm Award, held by Iola Recreation Director Luke Bycroft, went to Works. |
