PLEASANTON The Marmaton Valley Junior High girls basketball team traveled to Pleasanton on Thursday and left with a 17-12 win for the varsity and a 16-10 loss for the junior varsity.
After scoring just two points in the first half, a strong 15 points second half for the varsity Wildcats boosted them to victory.
Janae Granere and Madison Lawson each had six points, Brynn Newmann had three and Payton Scharff had two.
