MORAN — Marmaton Valley Junior High’s A-team had a hard time getting its offense going Monday against visiting Pleasanton.
Pleasanton led 21-3 at halftime on its way to a 33-11 win over Marmaton Valley.
Joey Jefferis led the Wildcats with five points. Chance Stevenson had three points, Michael  Genn had two points and Shaun Frye had one point.
Marmaton Valley won the B-team contest 30-22. Frye paced the Wildcats with 19 points.
Kohl Endicott had nine points. Michael Covey added five and Trent Johnson scored four. Austin Pinkerton had two points.
