Video production class takes 2nd place

MORAN — The Marmaton Valley High School video production class took home second place in the state in s “Take It From a Teen” video challenge.

The 61-second video, “Drinking and Driving,” features a group of students rapping in their car about driving while impaired. The video ends with one of the students in a jail cell. The video can be found on Youtube by searching for “MVHS Productions” and then clicking on “Drinking and Driving.”

The school received a $50 check, courtesy of Safe Kids Kansas, the contest’s sponsor.
