Prairie Rose 4-H Club met Sunday at the Moran Community Center.

Members cleaned the flower gardens around the building and planted new annuals as their monthly service project.  Following the project, the club held its monthly meeting. Fifteen members, three Clover Buds, one guest and two leaders answered roll call by naming their favorite TV show.

President Ty Scharff led the business meeting.  Officer reports were read and approved.  Members agreed to participate in a service project May 24 by helping the local VFW Chapter and Auxiliary place flags at the Moran Cemetery and handing out poppies at Pump N Pete’s.

Members of the Foods and Nutrition project will donate cakes and other baked goods to the local VFW to be used at their bi-monthly Bingo meetings.
