He compared Jesuss life and death to that of farming. Jesus knew the scriptures (preparing the soil); He prepared His disciples (planting the seed); He began preaching (fertilizing); Judas betrayed Jesus (weeding). Just like Jesus, we must know the scriptures, we must prepare ourselves and help others to spread the good news, God will separate the weeds from the chaff. John 19:28:31
