Allen County 911 director Angie Muprhy has successfully completed the APCO Institutes of public-safety leaders program. The certification completes a 12-month effort through The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO). The achievement places Murphy on the dispatch organizations national registry of public safety leaders, according to the organizations news release. Murphy will be recognized at APCOs national conference in August in Maryland.
