LaHarpe High School alumni had their annual meeting Saturday at City Hall in LaHarpe.
President Sharon Utley opened the meeting. The Class of 1958 celebrated its 60th year, with Joyce Lee and Terry Marvin attending. A memorial of deceased classmates was given by Vice President Betty Daniels.
Emily Smart, Moran, received a scholarship. She plans to attend Kansas State University and major in food science. Kiefer Endicott also received a scholarship; he was not present but sent a letter. He will attend the Regional Technology Center for welding certification. The scholarship fund…
