“Mildred: A Century” will be presented at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Iola Public Library.
Mildred is perhaps most famous for the century-old store, known for decades as Charlie Brown’s.
New owner Regena Lance will discuss its history, its famous sandwiches and the new music nights. Megan Meiwes will share a short video she made about the store. Mildred photos and artifacts also will be on display. Those who have stories or items to share are invited to bring them along.
The public is invited.
