Robert Dehn, manager of Orscheln Farm and Home, said his store has improved its holiday specials over recent years.
Orscheln will be holding a Friends and Family Night on Sunday to show their appreciation to their customers. For the evening, he said everything in the store will be discounted 20 percent off of normal price.
In addition to the event, he said the store will be selling items at a discount throughout the holiday season. He said kids’ camouflage chairs will be on sale, as well as log swings for $119.99.
“Our items are quite a bit better than last year,” Dehn said.
For those looking to go big at a low price for their hunter, he said gun safes are marked down by as much as $200.
For the kids, parents need to mark the weekend of Dec. 22-23 for last-minute gift ideas. Dehn said all toys will be marked 25 percent off for those days before Christmas.
Orscheln will be close at 5 p.m. Christmas Eve, and remain closed all day Christmas before reopening on Dec. 26.
