Vehicles collide
Vehicles driven by Desiree McFadden, Yates Center, and Brian Forman, Iola, collided on East Street Wednesday, officers said. One vehicle sideswiped the other as they passed Kentucky Street. Neither was injured.
Light pole struck
A vehicle driven by Barbara Smith struck a light pole Oct. 2 at Iola Walmart. Smith was not injured, but the vehicle sustained enough damage that it had to be towed from the scene, officers said.
