The regular monthly meeting of the Prairie Dell 4-H club was called to order by club president Annika Hobbs on June 4 at the Riverside Park Community building. Roll call was answered by the name of your pet.
The money-making committee reported on a fund raising idea to sell sponsorships for club t-shirts. Sponsors that donate $20 will get their name or logo on the back of the shirt. Club members voted to accept the committees recommendation. Members are asked to bring donations to the July meeting in order to have shirts printed before the Allen County Fair.
Anita Roloff and Kahlan Roloff demonstrated how to stop a bleeding limb and other basic first aid tips for bleeding.
The meeting was concluded with a Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament.
The next meeting will be July 2 at 7 p.m. at the Riverside Park Community Building and the talks will be given by Henry Wicoff, Luke Wicoff, Isaiah Wicoff, Jackson Wilks, Ethan Weide, Katie Weide, Peyton Weast and Lane Roloff.
