Myrna Wildschuetz played Thanks to Calvary for her prelude Sunday. Rita Sanders played Let My People Go on the organ for the offertory.
Pastor Steve Traws granddaughter, Kathryn Traw, was the guest speaker. Her message was PRAYER Never Underestimate the Power of Prayer with Scripture references from Matthew and John. Kate has recently returned from Beirut, Lebanon where she attended the University of Beirut; where she continued her education while learning Arabic and doing missions work. Celebrating her birthday was Jocelyne Kallin on Friday.
Communion will be served in the morning service Sunday. The church fellowship dinner will follow at noon.
Pastor Steve leads Bible Study at 3 p.m. Tuesday on the second book of Corinthians.
Reunion
The retired Big Hill Campers held a reunion June 9 at the Carlyle Church Fellowship Hall.
Rita Sanders hosted the covered-dish lunch.

Carlyle Ladies Country Club
The Carlyle Ladies Country Club met recently with Pauli Hawk at Carlyle Fellowship Hall.
Members present were: Naomi Chambers, Alice Dowell, Pauli Hawk, Joanne Mc-Intyre, June ODell, Pat Shields, Joyce Sneed, Rita Sanders, Joyce Bratsch, Phyllis Loomis, Myrna Wildschuetz and Cheryl Klingensmith.
