Blane Anthony Lewis, infant son of James Lewis and Destinie Vargas passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute. Blane was born at 3:24 a.m., he passed away at 4:32 a.m.
Blane was preceded in death by his stepgrandfather, John B. Griffith and a brother, Rusbel Vargas Jr.
He is survived by his father James E. Lewis and mother Destinie Dawn (Blanchard) Vargas; his siblings, Andres Vargas, Carter Lewis, Lillian Lewis, and Bailey Florez; grandparents, Barbara Kelley of Chanute, Linda Griffith of Humboldt, and Rick Blanchard of Canton, S.D.; and many other loving family members.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Mount Hope Cemetery, 1282 Hawaii Rd., Humboldt, with Pastor D.J. Dangerfield officiating. Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Iola, is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be left at www.feuerbornfuneral.com.
