Iola native Donald Fitzmaurice, 79, Mont Ida, who still has family throughout the area, died Monday, March 23, 2015, at his home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Mont Ida Church of the Brethren, burial following in the Mont Ida Cemetery. Family will greet friends at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Garnett from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Don Fitzmaurice Memorial Fund.
