Jeniffer Jo Lindberg, 41, Pensacola, Fla., passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016, in her home after a short illness. Jeniffer was born March 15, 1975 to John and Rosemary Watson in Chanute.
She married Wayne Patrick Lindberg June 11, 2002. He survives at their home.
Jeniffer graduated from Chanute High School in 1993. She and Wayne moved to Florida in 2009, where they have resided since that time. She was an avid animal lover.
Her husband survives as do two daughters, Jo Marie Lohman and O’Della Ann Lohman, Iola; sisters, Michelle Watson, Kansas City, Mo.; and Rebecca Lohman and husband, Nicholas, Iola; brothers, John Watson, Chanute, Michael Watson and wife, Margaret, Kansas City, Mo., Ryan Watson, Chanute, and Brett Watson and wife, Christin, Neosho, Mo.; step-mother, Sherri Watson, Chanute; mother-in-law, Jerri Lindberg, Scottsdale, Ariz., and brother-in-law, Joe St. John, Chanute. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, her father, and her father-in-law. Her brother-in-law passed away shortly after her death.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of the Nazarene in Chanute.
