Lonny L. Moorehouse, 77, Iola, passed away Aug. 22, 2018 at Allen County Regional Hospital in Iola. He was born on Feb. 16, 1941 in Carthage, Mo. He worked and retired from AT&T. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Linden and Irene Owens Moorehouse, brothers James, Charles, Jack and Freddie, and sisters Louise Pruitt, Shirley Ann Flowers and Betty Barlow. He is survived by his wife, Lorrita, daughters Lisa Kuhnke and Kelly Allen, stepson Michael Bjortvedt and three grandchildren, brother Roy and sisters Mary Jean McCombs, Charlene Severn and Helen Stiffler. Honoring Lonnys wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
