Patrick E. Phelan, 62, formerly of Humboldt, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2015, in Houston, Texas, following major heart surgery.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Humboldt, beginning with the rosary and continuing into the mass. Inurnment will be in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Humboldt.
