LAHARPE — Moran teen Brendon Newman ran the LaHarpe Color Run 5K route in about 24 minutes to earn a gold medal Saturday. Chanute runner Denton Ross took second in the run. Leanna Flory of LaHarpe was fastest in a 3K run.
The color run was a part of the LaHarpe Days celebration.
