Both the men’s and women’s soccer teams for Allen Community College had their home regular-season finales on Tuesday afternoon.
The Lady Red Devils took the field first against Pratt Community College and came away with a 6-1 victory in a shortened contest.
With the win, Allen inched one game closer to a .500 record, which it hasn’t had since Oct. 4.
Coach Jeremy McGinnis’ squad is 8-9 overall.
The Lady Red Devils’ final regular-season matchup will be on the road against Neosho Community College on Saturday at 5 p.m.
The regular-season finale is also a conference game that could help Allen improve to 4-6 in the league.
The Red Devil men, on the other hand, lost 2-0 against Pratt on Tuesday.
Coach Doug Desmarteau and company are now 5-12 on the year.
Allen will have a chance to pick up just its third conference win of the season when it travels on Saturday to face Neosho at 7 p.m.
