The Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference released their all-conference honors on Friday and two Allen County Red Devils found their way to the second team.

Sophomores Tyler Williams and Kamri Summons made the men’s and women’s list respectively. The Allen County men and women wrapped up their seasons last week with losses in the first round of the Region VI tournament.

The men ended with a 10-21 record with an 8-18 record in conference play while the women finished 7-24 and 5-21 in league play.

Williams finished fifth in the conference in scoring with 16 points per game while averaging 42.7 percent from the field and 38.8 percent from three.

Williams had an 82.3 percent free throw percentage which was third in the conference and he also ranked first in three-pointers made in conference play with 73.

Summons was fourth in the league in field goal percentages hitting 51.3 percent of her shots throughout the season. Her 75 steals throughout the season ranked her fourth overall.

She barely missed out on the top-20 in scoring, averaging 10.3 points per game.

Neither Williams or Summons have signed on to a four-year school as of yet, but both have drawn interest throughout the year.
