PLEASANTON — The Marmaton Valley High boys basketball team is still without a win in the 2015-2016 season following Friday night’s 50-36 loss to Pleasanton on the road.
The Wildcats fell to 0-8 despite getting 15-point performances from both Brady Newman and Gage Adams. Newman made two two-pointers and one three-pointer while sinking 8-of-10 free throws. Adams made six two-points and one three-pointer.
Trevor Wilson had one field goal and one free throw to finish the game with 3 points. And Justice Pugh sunk one three-pointer to also record 3 points.
“We struggled in every aspect of the game,” coach Dan Uhlrich said. “Pleasanton was the much tougher team.”
