MV softball drops pair at Northeast

Marmaton Valley High's Wildcats dropped a pair of games Monday, 5-2 and 12-5, at Northeast. The Wildcats are back in action Thursday at Jayhawk-Linn.

ARMA — Marmaton Valley High’s softball came up empty in a pair of road contests Monday, dropping 5-2 and 15-5 decisions to host Northeast.

The Wildcats were held without a hit in the opener until rallying in the top of the fifth. 

Tayven Sutton was hit by a pitch, and Kendall Scharff followed with a walk to start the rally.
