Although still alive in the Region 6 Softball Tournament, the Allen Red Devils are already receiving postseason honors as four players made the All-Jayhawk Conference Team.
Sophomore infielder Bailee Campbell, sophomore pitcher Camrynn Yardley made the All-Jayhawk Conference Second Team while freshman outfielder Ella McCammon and sophomore outfielder Kaylee Spreer received honorable mentions.
Campbell is one of the Red Devils’ most reliable batters and infielders. Appearing in 44 games, Campbell has an astounding .493 batting average and .538 on-base percentage. While on base, she made the most of her opportunities with a team-leading 32 stolen bases and 48 runs. She also leads the Red Devils in fewest strikeouts, most hits and slugging percentage at .679.

As Allen’s ace this season, Yardley deserved recognition for her work on the mound but her work in the batter’s box also played a role in the Red Devil’s success so far.
She has a record of 13-4 and leads the Red Devils in all statistical pitching categories with 158 strikeouts on 45 walks over 25 starts with 2.89 earned run average.
When not on the mound, Yardley spent time in the outfield. She has a team-leading five homers, is second to sophomore first baseman Jena Hendrix in RBIs with 35 and second to Campbell in batting average, currently hitting .328 with a .396 OBP.
She tied Campbell for the team lead in doubles with 14 while appearing in 46 games.
Another player Allen will sorely miss next season is honorable mention outfielder Kaylee Spreer. Spreer was one of the Red Devils’ most consistent bats with a .318 batting average over 35 games.

She drove in 12 RBIs, including two home runs with only Campbell edging her in fewest strikeouts with 10 to Campbell’s six.
While Campbell, Yardley and Spreer will move on to greener pastures, McCammon will return in 2026 following an honorable mention in the 2025 season.

Appearing in 35 games this season, McCammon showed plenty of potential with a home run, eight RBIs, 30 hits and a team-leading four triples for a .291 batting average. batter’s box also played a role in the Red Devil’s success so far.
