After grabbing the school record in the 1600-meter run last year, junior Yates Center distance runner Hadley Splechter has another record to add to his already accomplished high school career after running the 3200-meter in 9 minutes, 37.84 seconds to put him on the top of the all-time list in school history.

Splechter also placed first in the 1600-meter run in Eureka on Thursday with a time of 4:59.42. Teammates Colin Bedell (5:00.26) and Jordan Smith (5:08.51) finished second and third, respectively.

Bedell also finished in second place in the 3200 with a time of 11:07.42.
