EMPORIA – Southern Coffey County High’s boys and girls have played in the 2012 Lyon County League basketball tournament this past week.
The Titan teams conclude action today at Emporia’s White Auditorium.
Southern Coffey County’s boys play Hartford for seventh place at 10:30 this morning. The Titans lost 56-46 to top-seeded Madison on Tuesday. They dropped a 48-17 decision to Olpe Thursday.
The Lady Titans are playing for fifth place today at noon against Lebo. They got beat 44-34 by Madison on Monday. Southern Coffey County beat Marais Des Cygnes Valley 59-45 on Thursday.
Teams were seeded in the tournament according to LCL records not overall records. The SCCH girls were sixth seeded and the boys were eighth.
