Delivering on a promise: Allen alum leaves gift of $7.2 million
For years, Bernie Blevins promised he would give a substantial donation to Allen Community College. He made good on that promise, gifting millions after his death in 2022. The money is to be split between Allen's women's athletics programs and scholarships.
