Wayne and Mary Dunn, Humboldt, will celebrate their 40th anniversary Sunday.
The Dunns were married on Aug. 21, 1971, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Chanute.
They had four children, Aaron, Roseville, Minn., Sarah Griesel and her husband, David, Howard, Laura Henderson and her husband, Bret, Chandler, Ariz., and Bryan (deceased). They have three grandchildren.
Wayne works for Gates Corporation in Iola. Mary is the food service director for USD 258.
They request no gifts.
