Lillian Franklin turns 100 on Thursday, April 9. Lillian was born in Gas, Kan., to William and Cleona Stanford.
She has lived in the Iola area most of her life and is the second of 13 children. She is the mother of five children and now has many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She has always loved to garden, travel and care for those in her life. She was determined to make it to 100.
