Kevin LaCrone and Jessica Chapman, Neosho Falls, announce the birth of a daughter, Willow Justice, born Aug. 17, 2010, at Allen County Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces and was 17 3/4 inches long. She joins a brother, Kolten, 6, and a sister, Leslie, 3.
Maternal grandparents are Robin Roberts, Burlington, Keith and Cheryl Hammond, Yates Center, and the late Jim Chapman and the late Cynthia Folk. Paternal grandparents are Tina LaCrone and John Neely, Neosho Falls. Great-grandparents are Don and Mary LaCrone, Gas, and Betty Thornhill and Norma McCullen, Iola.
