Myrna Wildschuetz played  “Give Them All to Jesus” for the prelude and  Rita Sanders played “He Touched Me” for the offertory.

An impromptu quartet, consisting of Phyllis Loomis, Rita Sanders, Kyle Crites and Cheryl Klingensmith and under the direction of Richard Klingensmith, sang “A New Name in Glory.” Pastor Steve Traw’s message, “Lost Things,” was taken from the Luke 15:1-7.

Celebrating birthdays this week were Virginia Warren on Tuesday and Vivian Noah and Carol Crawford on Friday.

Pastor Traw leads Bible Study at 3 p.m. Tuesdays on the book of Acts.

Around town

Visiting Jim Hinson and Joanne McIntyre Nov. 27 were Jim’s son, David, and his wife, Vickie, from Columbus, Ga. Dropping by later in the day were Greg and Sara Barnes, Ryan Cochran and fiancee Kate Barnes, Overland Park, and Judy and Bruce Cochran.
