Arrests reported

Iola police officers arrested Anthony Ellis, 35, Iola, for suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property Sunday in the 300 block of South Fourth Street.

Justin Roberts was arrested by IPD Friday evening in the 200 block of South Second Street for suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property.

Allen County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jason L. Outlan, 37, Moran, for suspicion of attempting to flee or elude law enforcement and driving while suspended (third or greater offense) Friday.

Annie J. Tush, 35, Savonburg, was arrested by Iola officers Friday for suspicion of trespassing.

Iola officers arrested Christopher L. Slater, 44, Iola, for suspicion of domestic battery Thursday.

Deputies arrested Richard L. Barnum II, 39, Wednesday for suspicion of aggravated assault.

Iola officers arrested Christopher D. Wheat, 19, Chanute, on a warrant Feb. 18.

Madison R. Witchley, 23, Iola, was arrested by Iola police Feb. 18 for suspicion of driving while suspended (third or greater offense.)

Levi Martin, 33, Iola, was arrested by officers Feb. 18 on a pair of warrants.

Deputies arrested Michael S. Herfurth, 49, Chanute, for suspicion of driving under the influence Feb. 17.

Blair I. Thomas, 26, Iola, was arrested by officers Feb. 17 for suspicion of theft.

Officers arrested Garrett R. Tomlinson, 24, Iola, for suspicion of theft, Feb. 17.

Deputies arrested Zachary A. Kang, 21, Burlington, on a failure-to-appear warrant Feb. 17.
