Allen Community College kicked off the 2022-23 school year in thrilling style Wednesday.
Students and faculty gathered for an an assortment of outdoor yard games and free hot dogs as part of its Red Devil Kickoff celebration.
Several other activities are forthcoming during the school year, including a winter homecoming celebration.
Wednesday’s activities ended with a bang, as the Allen men’s soccer team rallied for a 3-2 win over visiting Johnson County, scoring the game-winning goal with 1 second left on the clock.
