City crews will begin chip-and-seal resurfacing on streets in the southwest part of Iola on Monday.
Work will extend south of U.S. 54 and west of Cottonwood Street, including the Davis Addition.
The project should be complete in about a week.
The city said no on-street parking will be permitted in the affected area while the work is being done.
