Jeff Kluever, executive director of Allen County Historical Society, will present “Ghosts of the Civil War” at 7 o’clock tonight at the historical society’s spring meeting. The event will be in the Frederick Funston Meeting Hall, 207 N. Jefferson Ave.
Kluever will talk about Civil War artifacts not typically on display at the Allen County Historical Museum.
Refreshments will be provided.
