LaHarpe PRIDE gathered volunteers for its annual Cleanup Day.

Throngs of volunteers were in LaHarpe Saturday for the LaHarpe PRIDE Committee’s annual Cleanup Day, where they cleared lawns of brush, debris and even helped demolish a dilapidated house. Assisting were students from Kansas State University and helpers from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Nelson Quarries and Thrive Allen County. More than a dozen yards were cleaned.
