Hundreds of spectators took in multiple showings of the Culpepper & Merriweather Circus in Humboldt over the weekend, a fundraiser for the Humboldt Lions Club.

The Culpepper & Merriweather circus of Hugo, Okla. delighted Humboldt crowds over the weekend, with two shows on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

The Humboldt Lions Club sponsored the event, a major fundraiser for the organization. Cole Herder of the Lions Club estimates around 650 spectators attended, a decrease from the last time the circus came in 2024.
