Riders in the deCycles 2017 2,000-mile ride from Los Angeles to Bloomington, Ind., prepare to leave Iola after having had breakfast at Calvary United Methodist Church Tuesday morning. All told, 45 teenagers and 15 adults are involved in the journey, made more grueling by the recent spat of hot summer weather.
