Cisha Ann Wallace, age 38, Humboldt, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018, at her residence.
A funeral service honoring Cishas life will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, Iola. Burial will follow in the Iola Township Cemetery, 1396-1398 Yarrow Rd., Piqua.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Cisha Ann Wallace Memorial Fund. Memorials may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Iola.
